At the same time, Acubiz is still a small company. You work close to the people making the decisions, you get a good view of the whole business, and it's easy to see how your own work makes a difference.

Right now, we're rebuilding our product from scratch with NextGen. That means a new tech stack, new ways of working, and AI playing a much bigger role in both the product and how we build it.

About the role

NextGen is already being used internally in Acubiz, and we are preparing to onboard our first customer in October. That means we are moving into a phase where product development, customer onboarding, go-to-market activities and organisational readiness all need to come together.

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to help us drive this phase of the NextGen Project.

The role has two main sides:

• You will work closely with our Product Owners and Scrum Masters on planning, coordination and follow-up across our development teams.

• At the same time, you will drive the broader NextGen go-to-market and organisational rollout across sales, marketing, customer service and other parts of the organisation.

A big part of the job is making sure these tracks stay aligned and that dependencies, risks and decisions are visible and handled early. You will report to the Director of Innovation & Technology and work closely with a product and development organisation of 15+ people.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate planning, follow-up and status across the NextGen development track together with our Product Owners and Scrum Masters

• Maintain and drive the overall NextGen launch roadmap across product development, go-to-market and organisational rollout

• Drive project management across the business-facing workstreams, including sales, marketing, customer service and internal implementation

• Identify and manage dependencies between development and the rest of the organisation

• Help create clarity around priorities, risks, decisions and next steps

• Improve how we work across teams, both in our agile setup and in larger cross-functional projects

Your role is to create structure, momentum and transparency across the different workstreams and make sure the right people are moving in the same direction.

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple departments; go-to-market or organisational implementation experience is a plus

• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create progress when several teams and stakeholders are involved

• A willingness to take ownership, follow up and help move decisions forward

• Understanding of agile software development; experience with SaaS is a plus

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work

• Curiosity and a continuous desire to improve how work gets done

• Fluent Danish and English, spoken and written

You might currently work as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or in a similar role.

The practical part

This is a 12-month maternity cover from December 1st 2026 - 30th of November 2027.

The salary range is DKK 55,000–63,000 per month + pension, depending on experience and qualifications.
